Recognise and appreciate pure sounds and vibrations on the Sound Bath Swiss Alpine Retreat, an experience enabling a connection to natural elements that create a safe space to let go of any unwanted stress, emotions and limitations. Tune the mind with the inner voice and feel free to express and release what is held within.
The standout feature of this programme is the daily water sound healing, a water floatation session featuring sound therapy. Held in an indoor heated pool, be immersed in an array of frequencies, sounds and vibrations, created using singing bowls and special equipment as you float in the water. The warmth of the water complemented with the element of sound will guide guests into a deeply nourishing, meditative state, encouraging the withdrawal of untoward energies, thoughts and emotions, and into an environment of kindness, compassion and trust. Water sound baths are unique in a way because each individual can experience a different outcome from the same session, based on their personal life-journey.
A combination of yoga practices, personal bodywork sessions, breathing exercises and self-reflective talks will equip you with the knowledge and tools to deepen your experience in each session. Daily yoga will alternate between Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga with singing bowls while the two group workshops will cover topics to provide tools of knowledge and practice applicable to life at home. *Dedicated treatments with either experts are available on demand at the time of booking. Please contact us for more information.
