Liberate yourself from yesterday’s challenges, by embracing the moment in harmony with the breath during daily sunrise meditation. A signature component of the Sah Method, Ecstatic Dance, will be practiced each day. This encourages you to loosen up further as you move freely with the bouncy melodies of music, tapping into your essential nature. This practice allows you to channel pure thrill and joy detached from judgment, habituated thinking, and limiting mindsets. We’ll close the day in gratitude and anticipation, reflecting on the day’s experiences and achievements in a journaling session. Each day will end with a session of purification meditation, to deliberately focus the concentration onto our breath, easing the mind into a still and content space.
