Soon after, she became a fitness instructor and found her way to Pilates and Yoga, which she now practices and teaches full time. After attending a 200hr TTC in Bali, each class guided by Melanie will guide individuals into an open space of mindfulness and consciousness, both to themselves, others, their thoughts and breath. She believes it is important to feel every sensation in the body as it serves a valued lesson of being present in each moment.

You will be allowed to check into your room from 3:00pm onwards on the day of your arrival.
The property is easily accessible from six different airports. In order of proximity, these include Brive–Dordogne Valley Airport, Limoges–Bellegarde Airport, Bergerac Dordogne Périgord Airport, Rodez-Marcillac Airport, Toulouse-Blagnac Airport and Bordeaux Airport. While the closest train station is Brive, accessible from Gare d’Austerlitz in Paris.
You may rent a car or book a taxi from outside the airports and train station, quoting the below address to bring you directly to the property. Reservations for taxi bookings prior to arrival is required. Alternatively, the property will be happy to organise a transfer for you.
