Covid-19 Update

A new era of back-to-nature experiences

As we begin to establish and adapt to a new normal as a result of the unprecedented challenges posed by Covid-19, the health and wellbeing of our guests, teams and communities has and will continue to take central priority. Amongst our collection of boutique properties and luxury resorts, who are signatures and leaders of excellence in the industry, they are committed to operating with heightened health, hygiene and safety measures and vigilance above their already existing stringent standards. From enhanced cleaning protocols to personal hygiene training and increased sanitisation frequencies across common touchpoints, we are all taking the necessary steps in accordance with guidelines outlined by the World Health Organisation (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health authorities of each destination.

On a separate note, in light of new circumstances, the future of travel and authentic experiences besides nature may seem different. Yet, the essence of Balance Holidays and each programme we design will remain untouched, strengthening our core focus to provide an undisturbed space to disconnect, go slow and restore vitality, maximised by a unique selection of outdoor activities, cultural workshops and healthy eating. Further to the interests for private group retreats, programmes in our collection are now available to be personalised to meet your individual needs. To find out more, please see here.

Moving forward, we will continue to closely monitor the global situation and will revise our best practices, protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone. We understand there is a need for increased flexibility on existing or future travel plans and because each experience is as unique as you are, we will be happy to help you make arrangements suitable for you. To discuss with a member of our team or if you have any concerns, questions, please contact us via Email, Telephone, or WhatsApp

We thank you for the messages of support and solidarity in the past months and we hope you, your family and loved ones remain safe, well and healthy during this time!
