The Expert

Jennifer Ursillo

Jennifer is an international yoga teacher (RYT500) and fitness influencer based between Rome and Miami. She has headlined for events such as Wanderlust 108 and Race for the Cure. Growing up as a competitive swimmer, she discovered yoga in her mid 20’s as a way to complement her fitness lifestyle. She not only fell in love with the physical aspects of yoga, but also the mental aspects of knowing, understanding and realizing the mind. After practicing for a few years, she went on to study Ashtanga Yoga (RYT200) in Rishikesh, India in 2014. After teaching full-time for three years she was ready to deepen her yoga education and went on to study Vinyasa Yoga with Jason Crandell in London (RYT300). An avid CrossFitter, runner, and overall athlete, Jennifer’s experience and lifestyle have continuously inspired her to create unique methods of teaching Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga for Athletes. Jennifer’s classes, workshops, and retreats are playful and inspiring. Through her detailed and attentive guidance, students will build strength, cultivate balance, and improve body awareness by using conscious movement, breath, alignment, and mindfulness as tools to explore their true selves.

Following a neutral palette of powder whites and beiges, each suite is equipped with a King sized bed, sofa, work-desk, a contemporary bathroom and shower which is also suitable for disabled people. As the suite is located on the ground floor, access to the front patio and private garden can be made through the glass panel sliding door.
